Todd Ciavola, Managing Director – Vola Group, LLC: With 35 years of experience in commercial real estate development, management and brokerage. Todd brings a myriad of skills to every project. He started his career in property management and leasing.  He quickly moved to new business development, advisory and brokerage for such notable firms as JMB Realty, Equitable, Lend Lease, and Ernst & Young.  Todd has played a major role in closing real estate transactions totaling more than $597 million and has provided advisory services to an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies, equity funds, and family offices.  He has lived and worked in the UK where he had significant input into the formation of a new business joint venture called Trillium for the acquisition and management of the “Prime” portfolio consisting of 18 million square feet of government offices in England.  At that time, it was the largest transaction of its kind in the UK. Todd is currently acting as Managing Director for Vola Group, LLC, where he is providing advanced real estate advisory and brokerage services for significant real estate assets.  Todd has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, holds CCIM and RPA designations, and is a licensed qualifying broker in Georgia and Florida and a Georgia Registered Appraiser.
